Antlers like a Mule Deer

It was the peak of the rut in south central Mississippi .I was hunting a buck I had been after for about 4 years.Although I had several of his shed antlers I had only 5 or 6 of trail photo's.He had a unique set of antlers like a mule deer. I was in the stand for an hour when I heard something under my stand. It was the big split G2 buck at about 10 yards. I put it behind the shoulder and he went only 30 yards. At 210 lbs. mid January the buck was very run down.I have not scored the buck but later found out he was 9.5 years old.My most memorable hunt ever.
